Anima Negra Son Negre  
 
Son Negre is a blend of Callet and a touch of Mantonegre-Fogoneu, aged for over a year in tightly grained French oak barrels. A dark, rich wine with an island soul. Made from 95% Callet and 5% Mantonegre-Fogoneu The first vintage was bottled in 2005, and 600 bottles are produced annually.
 
Anima Negra An  
 
The mainly Callet grapes are harvested from the oldest vines from many small vineyards in the sub-region of central Mallorca called "Son Negre" -- the Dark Place (because the intense sunlight almost bakes the soil with its heat). 17 months of aging in French oak barrels results in a voluptuous wine with intensified aromatics, ripeness, fullness, complexity, and length - and yet, amazingly, with a firm acidic structure.

Characteristics
Cherry red colour with ruby undertones. On the nose it offers aromas of ripened fruit blended with the roasts of the oak, vanilla; it is very harmonious. In the mouth, it is persistent, intense, has a good body, and is big and pleasant with an intense finish. It is a wine that gives a good reflection of the character of the varieties and its aging in American oak.
Gastronomical recommendations
Especially recommended with cured cheeses, cold meats, meat roasts and stews.
Serve between 15° and 18°.

COBRANZA Gran Reserva  
 
Type of wine : Gran Reserva red with the Rueda designation of origin

Made with 85% Tempranillo variety and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in self-emptying vats at 26-28ºC, pumped over on a daily basis. This fermentation lasts for around 10 days.
The malolactic fermentation is carried out and the ageing process is continued in American and French oak vats for twenty-four months, followed by a period of thirty-seven months in the bottle. Up to the month of November 2002, when the wine was labelled, there were 4,000 numbered bottles.
Characteristics
It has an attractive dark and lively cherry red colour with light garnet undertones. On the nose, it shows a mature character of the varieties with which it was made, together with an abundance of red fruits, cassis, roasts and a light hint of leather. In the mouth, it is round and smooth with a prominent presence of ripe fruits and paprika. It is elegant and has a lasting finish.

Abrego - Bodegas Calar  
 
Wine from the Lands of Castille (2° Controlled Apellation). 100% Tempranillo. 
Ábrego has matured for six months in new French and American oak barrels, and displays a luminous and healthy burgundy red colour with violet highlights. 
Its very attractive bouquet is typical of Tempranillo, featuring ripe, lightly ripened red berry fruits, well balanced with a distinct waft of toasted almonds and torrefactos, spicy cinnamon and cloves. 
On the palate, Ábrego is ample and long, with tannins from the wood blending perfectly with the fruit, leaving a lasting and pleasant aftertaste, 
Annual production in 2.006: 42.400 bottle.

Vina Rubican RED YOUNG WINE  
 
The Viña Rubican red young wine is made with stemmed and partially pressed 100 % Tempranillo variety grapes from our own vineyards. 

It is fermented and macerated under a strict temperature control, keeping it for three months in American oak barrels, searching for the fineness of colour, complexity at the nose and softness in the mouth.
 
Vina Rubican Crianza  
 
The Viña Rubicán Crianza red wine is processed with 85 % Tempranillo
and 15 % Cabernet Sauvignon varieties from our owm vineyards. It is fermented and macerated under a strict temperature control, keeping it twelve months in American oak barrels, and at least 8 months in the bottle before its sale.

This wine has a medium-high level ruby red colour. The aroma starts with the variety definition, wel accompanied later by a soft torrefied and finishing with a touch of liquorice.
 
Rubican Reserva  
 
The Rubican Reserva red wine comes from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo varieties.
It is fermented and macerated by traditional processing under a strict temperature and phenolic compounds control, keeping it for twelve months in American an French oak barrels, and at least 24 months in the bottle.
 
Vina Mariate  
 
It is composed with Garnacha and tempranillo variety grapes in a 60% to 40% rate. The resulting musts of each variety are processed separately and then blended together for the treatment process and later bottling. The red wine has a brilliant violet red colour. The fruitiness of the Garnacha variety is very pleasant to the nose.
 
Marques de Sarasate  
 
It is composed with Garnacha and tempranillo variety grapes in a 60% to 40% rate. The resulting musts of each variety are processed separately and then blended together for the treatment process and later bottling. The red wine has a brilliant violet red colour. The fruitiness of the Garnacha variety is very pleasant to the nose.

With a good, lingering feel in the mouth, leaving a pleasant taste and a clean aftertaste.
 
Castillo de Blendo  
 
It is composed with Garnacha and tempranillo variety grapes in a 60% to 40% rate. The resulting musts of each variety are processed separately and then blended together for the treatment process and later bottling. The red wine has a brilliant violet red colour. The fruitiness of the Garnacha variety is very pleasant to the nose.

With a good, lingering feel in the mouth, leaving a pleasant taste and a clean aftertaste.
