The Rubican Reserva red wine comes from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo varieties. It is fermented and macerated by traditional processing under a strict temperature and phenolic compounds control, keeping it for twelve months in American an French oak barrels, and at least 24 months in the bottle.
