Merlot Rosat, Raventos y Rosell  
 
Characteristics:
Rosé wine with very intense flavour. Fruity, fresh and with a good acid balance. The classification given to this wine is due to the fact that it was harvested at maximum ripeness, allowing full extraction of the best taste and colour qualities of this variety. The crushing time taken is 12 hours. Joan Raventós Rosell presents this select rosé wine with its exceptional silky, round, fine and fleshy qualities.
 
Rosat Primer, Raventos y Rosell  
 
Characteristics:
Result of the most strict selection and blend of the different varieties produced in the Heretat Vall-Ventós estate, (Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon), is born a young and fruity Rosé. After resting in our cellar during the winter season, this wine is bottled for you early in the spring, reaching and improving in the bottle its most gustative and sensitive qualities.
 
Vega Sauco Rosado  
 
Varieties: 1009/0 Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) coming from very old vineyards. Ageing: 3 months in oak.
Alc. content: 13% by Vol.

TASTING:
The wine shows a beautiful and intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals a long series of intense, complex, rich and pleasing aromas as well as good personality. There can be perceived good aromas of black cherry, cocoa, coffee, toffee, cherry macerated in alcohol, licorice, blueberry, plum and vanilla. In mouth is very rich, well balanced and good correspondence to the nose. Smooth and agreeable tannins, intense flavors. The finish is persis­tent with good and pleasing flavors of black cherry, toffee, coffee and plum. A well made wine.
Cosumption under 16 °C.

This wine comes 100 % from grapes of the Garnacha variety. It is made in the traditional manner of Navarre rosés, by macerating the must in contact with the seeded and stemmed grapes, then draining off and fermenting it slowly at a controlled temperature that never exceeds 18º.

The result is a strawberry pink wine, more or less intensely coloured depending on maceration time during processing, resulting very brilliant and clean.

It is made in the traditional manner of Navarre rosés, by macerating the must in contact with the seeded and stemmed grapes, then draining off and fermenting it slowly at a controlled temperature that never exceeds 18º. The result is a strawberry pink wine, more or less intensely coloured depending on maceration time during processing, resulting very brilliant and clean.
 
Marques de Sarasate ROSADO
